What’s unique about us is that we buy at bargain prices, from owners in debt ; pre bank foreclosure, create a magnificent garden (rare here), repaint and attend to all minor repairs and eye sores and then list the property for sale at a price still lower than equivalent properties – new or yet to be renovated and landscaped.

Our trees, plants, vines and mossy pots are drawn from our nursery so the garden looks as if it’s been in place for years, not weeks.
